Job application policy

We inform you that the processing of the personal data you provide us with will be exclusively for the purpose of keeping you informed of the different vacancies that arise in our organisation, as well as to count on your participation in personnel selection processes, job vacancies and possible recruitment that may be carried out. They may also be used to request references about your professional career from the companies in which you have informed us that you have worked.

In the event that it is appropriate or that you understand that you should inform us about your degree of disability, intolerances, allergies or any information about your health and related to the job applied for, we inform you that these data will be processed to comply with Article 15 of Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Hazards in which we must know this information to adapt the workplace to the needs of the employee, as well as with Title VII of Law 13/1982, of 7 April, on the Social Integration of the Disabled (LISMI). Any other data unnecessary for the purpose of this application will be destroyed in a secure and confidential manner.

We guarantee the proper use of the information, the confidentiality of the personal data contained in your job application, applying all the necessary security measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality and availability. In short, to comply with the obligations that our company has in terms of data protection.

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for any reason whatsoever, except with your prior consent.

Personal data provided by you as a job applicant, will be retained for a maximum period of one (1) year, until a job is filled or until you exercise your right of cancellation; therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer required.

You may exercise any of these rights by writing to info@businessadapter.es and attaching a copy of your ID card to your request. If you wish, you can also send us your recommendations, complaints or queries about the processing of your personal data to this email address.
