énia.com is a local online newspaper that was born in 2010 with the aim of meeting the needs of Dénia’s readers. The city of Denia, located on the Costa Blanca (Spain), is one of the main tourist destinations in the country, which is why both local citizens and tourists visit this media on a daily basis.
Since its beginnings, Dénia.com has been growing exponentially and is currently the most important website in the city, chosen by thousands of readers who wish to receive updated information.
The project is divided into several sections, including news on politics, society, culture, festivals, local events and sports. The reader will also find the most relevant stores in the city, special discounts, recommended restaurants and accommodations, among others. It also has an agenda showing the dates of upcoming events that will take place in Denia.
The importance of Dénia.com can be reflected in its with a traffic of more than 100,000 visits per month, more than 30,000 followers in Facebook, more than 4,000 in Twitter, more than 12,000 in Instagram, over 2,000 subscribers on the YouTube channel and more than 40,000 subscriptions to the newsletter.

Finally, a complete redesign has been done in a custom WordPress theme. With this we have achieved maximum optimization in WPO for better navigation on mobile devices.
